After decades of hands-on experience, I have come to realize how people’s emotional barriers keep them from achieving anything valuable in their lives. When they chased professional fulfilment their health suffered or when they were in their peak physical state, their personal relationships took a toll. The key to this vicious cycle of problems was that they hardly considered the multidimensional aspect of wellness.
That’s where I come in. As a Holistic Health & Wellness Coach, my service to you is to help you revamp your well-being by making slight lifestyle modifications that will elevate you to your best life.
But why should you trust me with your life? Because I have been exactly where you are now.
I come from a typical business class Marwari family, where Halwa Puri was our mainstream breakfast. Health wasn’t a priority, and it should not have come as a surprise when I realized I was 92 kilograms– almost 30 kg overweight. It was not until I married my beautiful wife, Sakhi, that I found the motivation to be the best version of myself– for her but also for me.
Sakhi had always been into athletics and fitness and inspired by her, I worked out– a lot! When I lost my first few kilos, people started noticing and something extraordinary unleashed inside me. Not only did I enjoy the challenge, but I was also fascinated by the power of our bodies when we have proper care.
With newfound curiosity, I invested in myself, taking training in diet & exercise. I completed programs from the Gold Gym University and the American Council of Exercise; I even got a diploma in Dietetics, Health, and Nutrition from VLCC and IGNOU. I dedicated myself to elevating my physical form and it wasn’t long before I had lost the 32 kilos that had weighed me down for so many years. But I didn’t stop there, I kept studying, learning, implementing and growing.
In 2016, Sakhi and I launched our own fitness studio in Lucknow, to share our experiences and help others elevate with us.
There was one minor hiccup, there were some people with whom despite all efforts, we hardly saw any positive results. As if, we’re missing out on something and in fact, we actually were. It was only thanks to Dr Suresh Vunnamatla and his holistic healing training that we found the key. I came to understand that knowing a person is as important as knowing the disease they suffer from.
The holistic approach to health is a concept that highlights the control our minds have over our bodies, and it became the most powerful weapon in my quiver to fight all diseases and disorders. I myself was amazed at the results- and it has ever since become my primary health coaching technique.
Through my personalized and customized counselling sessions, workshops, training programs, and one-on-one consultations, I see a person as a whole, instead of focusing on their specific symptoms and help them effectively manage and control their conditions. For several years now, I have helped people reverse chronic problems like obesity, diabetes, PCOD, hypertension, hypothyroid, cervical issues, cholesterol, and back pain with the right combination of balanced nutrition, emotional detox, appropriate exercise, strength training, and a proper sleep cycle.
And it has been an honour serving the community with hundreds of patrons across India to restore their health and recover from their illnesses and ailments permanently.

Coming from a business class, typical Marwari family, I’ve lived a normal (read unhealthy) lifestyle throughout my childhood. Halwa Puri used to be our mainstream breakfast. Although, being a boarding school student, it didn’t really affect my health much. It was only when I returned to Lucknow (my hometown) that I gradually turned into a ‘food junkie’. Unsurprisingly, it didn’t take me long enough to go up to 92 kgs. And things continued to be the way they were for a considerable amount of time, right from my college till I got married.
My wife had been into athletics and fitness all through her life. Needless to say, our marriage itself has been the biggest turning point in my life. And my wife has been my biggest inspiration! So, soon after we got married, as we (me and my wife) were preparing for UPSC, one fine day, we decided to move to Delhi for the same. During our preparation, we got a lot of information about health. And things started to change altogether. Actually, things started to become clearer. This is when my perspective on the significance of healthcare began to change. I was fascinated by what our bodies can do when taken proper care of. So, I started working out. A lot. At least, at that time, it was a lot for me. And gradually, I could feel a difference. I lost a few kilos, people started noticing, and there was a gush of motivation ready to unleash within me.
Now that I was a bit familiar with the importance of exercise and physical activities, I wanted to know more. I grew curious and started looking for authentic diet programs. And eventually, I decided to pursue professional training courses. To name a few, I completed ____ from Gold Gym University, Personal Trainer Certification course from the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and Diploma in Dietetics, Health, and Nutrition from VLCC and IGNOU. By now, I was well-versed in both exercise and nutrition. And from there onwards, my transformation journey began. I lost a whopping 32 kgs and came down to 60 kgs! But I didn’t stop there. I kept on studying, learning, implementing, and growing.
In 2016, we inaugurated our fitness studio in Lucknow and started organizing personalized online training sessions for everyone who wanted to modify their lifestyle. So far, we’ve transformed approximately __ lives and successfully walked people towards the path of health and happiness!
Meanwhile, while I was indulged in all this, sometimes, I used to come across cases where despite all efforts, we could hardly see any positive results. As if, we’re missing out on something. In fact, we actually were. I realized this only after attending a holistic health workshop by a renowned doctor. Thereafter, my holistic journey started. I did one year of holistic training under Dr. Suresh Vunnamatla. During this period, I understood that information about a person is equally important as the information about the disease they are suffering from. The holistic approach to health is a concept that highlights the control our minds have on our bodies. And it is indeed one of the most powerful weapons to fight against diseases and disorders. So, I implemented the same in my practice and to be honest, I was amazed to see the results. Instead of focusing on what kind of health problem a person is going through, we started focusing on what kind of ‘person’ is going through the problem. And this way, more and more people started to become a part of our community and benefited considerably from our holistic healthcare sessions
