Programs & Consultations

  1. Oorjaa Fitness Studio & Academy by Kapil Kanodia provides wellness consultancy aimed at enhancing the health status of the individual, however keeping in mind the complexity of the human body and behavior, it is not possible for Oorjaa Fitness Studio & Academy to guarantee results.
  2. Looking at the nature of our service, the consultancy/program fee is non-refundable and non-transferable at the request of the client in any circumstances.
  3. The clients are requested to register only after a clear understanding of the process involved, as Oorjaa Fitness Studio & Academy by Kapil Kanodia cannot be held liable thereafter. It is also requested that please refer to our terms & conditions and privacy policy and proceed further only if you agree to the same.
  4. The results vary according to age, genetics, medical conditions, activity and gender, and compliance with Diet.
  5.  Clients are requested to maintain regular contact with the respective health consultant for the program.
  6.  All disputes are subject to Lucknow, India jurisdiction only. Any dispute or difference whatsoever arising between the parties shall be settled by the arbitration in accordance with the provisions of arbitration and conciliation act-1996 of India.

Webinars & Workshops

  1. Webinar: In case of dissatisfaction with the Webinar, if you wish to request a refund after attending it, you will be allowed to do so with NO QUESTIONS ASKED. You may inform us via email at connect@kapilkanodia.com by the next day of the Webinar. The said amount will be credited to your account within 14 working days.
  2. 2-Days Workshop: Incase of dissatisfaction with the workshop after attending the Day-1 session, our Refund Policy shall be governed by the following conditions:
    • You must drop us an email on the FIRST DAY itself in case you wish to request a refund. Under such circumstances, you must mail us your concern & request for cancellation & refund at connect@kapilkanodia.com. Once your request is approved, the concerned amount will be credited to your account within 14 working days.
    •  In case you request a refund on the second day of the Workshop, your request shall not be considered under any circumstance & no refund shall be initiated from our end.
    • In case of NO SHOW i.e., if you do not show up on the scheduled date for the Workshop, there will be NO OPTION TO REQUEST A REFUND & NO REFUNDS SHALL BE INITIATED by our end. However, under such circumstances, your session can be rescheduled & you can opt to attend the upcoming Workshop.
